Whether your child is taking their first steps in Creative Movement or pursuing pre-professional training, our thoughtfully designed programs ensure each student receives exceptional instruction tailored to their goals, commitment level, and developmental stage. From our nurturing Foundational Program that builds the love of ballet at every level, to our rigorous Pre-Professional Division preparing tomorrow's dancers, plus Specialized Classes welcoming students of all backgrounds, GAB provides clear pathways for growth while maintaining our commitment to inspiring young artists and ensuring an everlasting love of dance. Our professionally trained faculty, award-winning students, and welcoming community create an environment where every dancer can thrive—whether they're dancing for joy, fitness, artistic expression, or preparing for a professional career.

  • Foundational Program

    Ages 3+ | Creative Movement through Ballet 8

    Time: Required classes (1-5 per week) + Optional recommended classes

    Focus: Strong classical technique with flexibility for personal goals

    Perfect for: All dancers building their ballet foundation, those balancing other activities, and developing skills toward future opportunities

  • Pre-Professional Division (Company)

    Ages 9+ | Ballet 4-8 Company Members

    Time: All required classes plus supplementary training (6-10+ hours/week)

    Focus: Professional-level training, competitions, performances

    Perfect for: Dancers pursuing serious ballet training or career preparation

  • Specialized Classes

    Various ages | Open to all students

    Classes: Contemporary, Tap, Jazz, Boys Ballet, Conditioning, Open Ballet

    Time: Flexible scheduling to complement other training

    Perfect for: Exploring different styles, fitness, and artistic expression

    Note: Students ages 12+ who are new to ballet typically begin in Open Ballet classes or age-appropriate Foundational Program levels.

What is the difference between Foundational and Pre-Professional?

All programs include professional-quality classical ballet technique, individual attention to artistic development, and GAB's nurturing environment that encourages each student's unique path.  The Foundational Program offers flexible commitment levels for dancers working toward personal goals, from recreational to serious training. Pre-Professional Division is for high commitment dancers dedicated to intensive training, performances, and competition opportunities.
